Salmon Quiche

Easy one dish meal for the whole family

Ingredients

Quiche
  • 1 tube pop-open can of croissant dough
  • 3/4 lb cooked salmon *
  • 1 cup grated gruyere cheese *
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 2 Tbsp dill
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon
  • 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper
Dill Sauce
  • 1cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup dill
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon
  • 1/2 tsp vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven to 375 F
  2. Open Pop and Fresh Croissant tube and lay out into bottom of pie pan, pinching seams together to create a solid crust
  3. Beat eggs, milk, flour, dill, lemon and salt and pepper in large bowl until combined.
  4. Add salmon and grated cheese to bowl and mix just until incorporated.
  5. Pour contents of bowl into prepared pie pan.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until set in the middle.
  7. While quiche is baking prepare sauce. Mix all sauce ingredients in small bowl and chill until ready to serve.

Notes

Canned salmon works great.

Any mild to medium white cheese works well.
